We built RemotePeers to bridge two broken experiences.

Individuals and companies waste enormous time trying to find trustworthy engineers. Exceptional engineers — especially those needing visa support or based in Latin America — waste years trying to reach the work they deserve. We sit between those two sides and connect them cleanly, privately, and fairly.

What we do

We operate a curated, private talent network across software, data, ML, cloud, and security. We introduce talent to clients in three distinct ways — private matching for individuals, visa-sponsored staffing for companies, and nearshore / global placement — and we handle the paperwork, compliance, and privacy so both sides can focus on the work.

Who we serve

Founders, executives, and private individuals staffing personal ventures; US companies building engineering teams who need visa-ready candidates; and engineering leaders who want global talent working in US business hours without building HR and payroll infrastructure in every country.
