    NDA

    Mutual NDA between you, the candidate, and RemotePeers before names are shared.

  3. Step 03

    Shortlist

    1–3 candidates with profiles, availability, and expected rates.

  4. Step 04

    Private introduction

    We connect you on your preferred channel and step out of the way.

  5. Step 05

    Direct contract

    You and the candidate sign directly. We're paid a flat recruitment service fee.

Commercials

Flat recruitment service fee paid by the client on a successful match, with a guarantee window. Exact fee depends on seniority, urgency, and exclusivity. No fee if there's no hire.

Confidentiality by default

We never publish your name, your project, or the candidate's identity without explicit written consent. Reference checks are done internally, not through your network.
