RemotePeers

Service · US Visa-Sponsored Staffing

US visa-sponsored IT staffing for companies.

Build your US engineering team with pre-vetted international talent — we handle employment, compliance, and immigration support.

Who this is for

US companies that need software, data, cloud, ML, or security engineers and are open to candidates requiring work authorization support. Common cases: scaling delivery without growing HR, accessing specialty-occupation talent, or retaining a contractor already on OPT/CPT.

What you don't have to do

  • You do not file petitions. We do.
  • You do not run international payroll. We do.
  • You do not manage bench risk between client engagements. We do.

Visa pathways we work with.

H-1B
Cap-subject and cap-exempt filings, transfers, and extensions.
F-1 OPT / STEM OPT
Continuous employment through the candidate's authorization.
F-1 CPT
For eligible students during their studies.
TN (USMCA)
For qualifying Mexican and Canadian candidates.
EB-2 / EB-3
Green-card sponsorship pathways for long-term retention where eligible.

How the engagement works.

  1. Step 01

    Requirements intake

Role, stack, seniority, location, timeline, budget.

  2. Step 02

    Shortlist

Candidates from our pool matched to the role, with visa status clearly labeled.

  3. Step 03

    Interviews

You interview directly. We coordinate logistics and feedback and coach the candidate.

  4. Step 04

    Employment

Candidate is employed by RemotePeers in the US (W-2). You pay us a single monthly rate.

  5. Step 05

    Compliance

LCA, wage requirements, worksite posting, I-9, E-Verify, and USCIS filings with counsel.

  6. Step 06

    Conversion (optional)

Convert a consultant to full-time direct hire after the conversion window.

Compliance commitments

We adhere strictly to USCIS and US Department of Labor rules — prevailing-wage LCAs, public-access file requirements, and worksite notifications. We do not engage in benching-without-pay, resume falsification, or any practice that puts a candidate's status at risk.

RemotePeers is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Visa sponsorship outcomes depend on USCIS adjudication and applicable law.
