When we sign NDAs

For all private matching engagements we send a mutual NDA between the client, the candidate, and RemotePeers before any names or resumes are shared. For company staffing engagements we sign the client's NDA (or ours) as part of onboarding.

What the NDA covers

The substance of the project, the client's identity, candidate identities, rates, interview content, and any materials shared during the engagement. Either side can agree in writing to publish specific details.

What candidates can expect

Candidates receive the same protection as clients: we will not disclose that a candidate is exploring opportunities, sharing resumes, or interviewing, to their current employer or anyone outside the engagement.
