Role summary

Design and own the analytics warehouse powering grid-operator dashboards. 6-month scope, renewable.

You will own the analytics layer that powers how grid and climate data is turned into useful operator-facing product: dbt marts, orchestration, and data quality. The contract is a renewable six-month scope with room to extend, focused on US Mountain–friendly overlap. You will work closely with product and a small data science partner team.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in data engineering with Snowflake (or similar warehouse), dbt, and batch orchestration (Airflow or Dagster). • Strong Python for pipelines and a pragmatic approach to testing, quality, and documentation in analytics code. • Domain interest in energy / climate is a plus; must be able to work effectively across US time zones.
