Own the web app experience end-to-end. Pay parity with US peers on the same band.

You will lead the end-to-end web experience for a product engineers use every day: performance, accessibility, and clarity of complex workflows. The stack is TypeScript, React, Next.js, tRPC, and Tailwind, with a small, senior team and direct access to the founder. Expect a mix of product polish, design partnership, and shipping frequently.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years shipping production frontends with strong TypeScript and modern React (hooks, app router patterns, performance tuning). • Experience with Next.js, API layers like tRPC or GraphQL, and a disciplined approach to design systems / Tailwind-style styling. • Commitment to US Pacific overlap hours and fluent written and spoken English for async and live collaboration.
