Role summary

Own the clinical NLP pipeline, from data contracts to model serving. OPT/CPT and H-1B transfer supported.

You will own the clinical NLP stack end to end: data contracts, training and evaluation, and production serving in a regulated environment. You will partner with data engineering on pipelines (Airflow, dbt) and with product on safe, reviewable model behavior. US Central overlap is the anchor for most collaboration.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in ML/DS with at least 2 years shipping models to production, ideally in health or other regulated settings. • Strong Python, PyTorch, and familiarity with MLOps on AWS (SageMaker or similar), plus solid software engineering practice for testing and release. • Familiarity with HIPAA-adjacent constraints and documentation expectations is a strong plus. • Eligible for the listed work authorization / sponsorship paths; contract-to-hire terms are defined up front with the client.
