Role summary

Own the infra backbone for a stealth AI product. Direct work with the founder, six-week path to production pilot.

You will shape reliability and delivery from day one: CI/CD, observability, and production posture on a greenfield stack. The founder is technical—expect high-context pairing, fast decisions, and ownership of the path from prototype to a stable pilot. There is no legacy on-call debt yet; you help define what “done” looks like for infra here.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in platform, SRE, or backend with strong ownership in production systems. • Deep experience with Kubernetes and with running stateful and async workloads in cloud environments. • Hands-on with Go (or similar) for services, automation, and operational tooling. • Comfort working US Eastern / Central overlap and collaborating closely with a small founding team under NDA.
