Role summary

Design and lead payments rails work across ACH, RTP, and card. H-1B, TN, and green-card transfer supported.

You will own major initiatives across the payments platform: designing APIs and event flows, hardening for scale, and setting technical direction for more junior engineers. The team ships continuously—expect a mix of architecture reviews, production debugging, and hands-on delivery on Kafka/Java services and AWS. Hybrid presence in the NYC area is part of the culture for staff-level collaboration.
